| ESHQ Professional | PURPOSE OF THE POSITION： • Continuous improving the ESH and Quality management system to ensure that the company complies with relevant laws, regulations and other relevant requirements by authorities and company internal policy. 持续改善安全环境健康体系和质量管理体系，确保公司的运营符合相关法律法规和标准，并 满足集团总部的政策要求。 • Assistant in Quality Control and Lab management, including the equipment management and improvement, data analysis and on-site quality improvement. 协助进行质量控制管理和实验室管理，包括实验室设备管理和改善、数据分析及工厂质量控 制改善。 • Support the Quality Analysis Methods improvement in Caojing site. 支持漕泾工厂的质量分析方法的持续改善。 • Assist in monitoring activities of Operations relating to ESHQ matters, gaps finding, analysis, improvement and tracking. 协助监管运营部门与安全环境健康及质量相关的活动，发现缺陷，分析原因，跟踪或监管改 善措施的落实。 • Build up a network of ESHQ and Operations colleagues in order to gain understanding of RCS Operations. 建立与相关运营部门的工作关系网络，理解罗姆化学上海工厂的运营体系。 • Generally assist in continuous improvement of site internal ESHQ systems. 总体上支持工厂内部安全环境健康和质量体系的持续改善。 • Support RCA in Quality Control and process improvement. 在质量缺陷控制上的根源分析和工艺改善上提供支持。 • Support Chemical Expertise on Lab Analysis Skills. 在实验室分析技能上提供化学专家能力。 • Support to Process Safety, Chemical Management or other aspects of ESHQ. 对工艺安全、化学品管理或安全健康环境质量的其他领域提供支持。 |

| Plant Engineer | PURPOSE OF THE POSITION： • Work in Teams of other engineers and professionals to support the safe and economical operation of multiple methacrylate and methacrylate-based production facilities at the Roehm in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (Caojing) • 与其他工程师和专业人员组成的团队合作，支持上海化学工业园区（漕泾）罗姆的多个甲基 丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯生产设施的安全和经济运行 • Assure that the multiple Roehm Chemical Shanghai production plants function properly and effectively • 确保罗姆化学上海的多个生产工厂正常有效地运行 |
